About the experience
Take the controls of a Boeing 747 for a full 60 minutes, with a real Boeing pilot beside you in the jump seat and a 180-degree wrap-around screen filling your view. After a quick run through the basics, it's all systems go as you line up on the runway and feel the pull of a jumbo jet climbing away. You'll be sitting in the captain's seat of The Deck 747, a genuine retired British Airways upper deck in Manchester. Afterwards there's a business class pod to sink into and a shop to browse.
