Not yet achieved my track day through no fault of buyagift
I have tried to book the Tesla at my local track but it has broken and I have no date for being able to use my voucher. I have been placed on a list to be notified when the Tesla is back in operation. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement.

A great experience
Absolutely delighted with our afternoon tea at Harrods. Booking at Harrods was by telephone and was very straightforward. The person taking the booking was very helpful. There was a text reminder of our reservation two days prior to the event and when we arrived we were greeted and seated almost immediately. The food was first class in presentation, service, and, of course, taste. Everything was explained regarding the food content and allergens. They even gave us a box to take back any sandwiches or pastries so we could continue to enjoy the gastronomical experience.

Wonderful experience
We had a lovely time and it was great to see London from up high, our only feedback would be that the voucher confirms champagne or cocktails, however when we went to get our drinks we was advised that cocktails were not included but they still accommodated us with a beer and cider.

Poor customer service
The service is functional if you have no issues with the voucher. If you need customer service support you are in for a drawn out AI experience until you can speak to someone.
