Upon arrival, you’ll be given a safety briefing, in which you’ll be acquainted with the equipment and have the chance to take part in a practice session at a low level before heading out into the forest. You’ll explore the canopy whilst tackling tricky crossings before pelting down a thrilling zip wire to finish.

• Long hair must be tied back and you should leave valuable possessions at home
