Nightmare to communicate with
Given a gift of a flight. The experience when i went to book was no longer available. Offered an alterative flight at an airfield further away. Which is ok. Went to book. Had no dates. So had to request a date. I selected a Sunday in Mid July. Now been 10 days and no booking. Offered a date mid week in May. Back and forth with the experience company Adventure001. Now saying non refundable. I am expected to wait to see if the date i have requested is available. No indication how long to wait. Am spending longer trying to communicate with Adventure001 than my experience will be. No phone number no email just an online form.
