What do I need to know?

- Piglet's Pantry require notice of six working days for your order – they will do their best to deliver on your chosen date
- There are currently no deliveries available on Sundays or Mondays

Lovely gift
The gift arrived in perfect condition, the food was lovely and there was plenty of it. My husband and I being elderly don't have big appetites these days, we shared it and there was plenty for us to enjoy.

Disappointed
I had an afternoon tea at Harry ransdom as my gift. Went to use it but no longer available. I ended up having to choose something that I added money to and to top that up when I ordered it through the supplier it added postage. To make matters worse the original offer is being sold again on Black Friday- all a bit dodgy and very disappointing

Disappointed
Take a screen shot of your voucher when you redeem it - and before you select anything. I am being told that my voucher was not worth the same as I saw on the screen. Once I had made my purchase the amount changed but now being told that is the amount of my purchase - rubbish because I checked how much the product was before selecting. Then there were delivery charges - should have said "possible delivery charges check supplier site" in the description. Customer Service kept me on a chat all day today even though I sent a screen shot and still no resolution. Cannot talk to anyone. Will not be using again.

Fairly good
Nice box, appreciated and enjoyed but hidden pricing. I would expect that the cost displayed on this site is inclusive of receiving the item/experience. If not, it should be clearly stated here that there will be another fee applicable (in this case for delivery). Not the best to give someone a gift they have to fork out for, even if it’s a smaller amount.
