What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Piglet's Pantry require notice of six working days for your order – they will do their best to deliver on your chosen date
- There are currently no deliveries available on Sundays or Mondays. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge
- Vouchers can only be redeemed against this product, you are unable to exchange for another afternoon tea
- Food hampers will stay fresh for 2–3 days
- Please contact the supplier about any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- Delivery is available across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland. Unfortunately, delivery is not available for the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or any other UK island

Disappointed.
Initial delivery schedule was cancelled by the supplier and rearranged for today. The delivery was made on time but to the wrong address. The receiver was disabled and kindly decided it to our doorstep. We weren't aware of this and the box attracted a good time in the sun. The contents were cool but the clotted cream was more like single cream. My wife will try to eat what she can but I won't chance it. As it was a gift to us we are disappointed but have to say this is a supplier issue not Buyagift.

We are so sorry to let you know that, due to significant failures within our courier network, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel all Piglets Pantry deliveries scheduled for today and tomorrow.
We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this will be, particularly if your order was for a special occasion or something you were looking forward to. This is not the standard we strive to deliver, and we sincerely apologise for letting you down.
To put things right, we would be delighted to rebook your order for either Friday or Saturday, subject to availability or a date of your choice. Alternatively, if these dates are not convenient, we will arrange a full refund immediately.

Vegetarian Afternoon Tea
I ordered this for my Nephews wife who is recovering from a very bad accident. I ordered the extra costing £40.99, I had a voucher bringing it to £34.84. First the order was not Vegetarian, but they soon altered this, the order was for their basic Afternoon tea and was already out for delivery. So I did not get what I paid for and nearly got the wrong order. My Nephew's wife was very pleased with what she received, but it was not what I ordered. Very disappointing.
