Great View
Afternoon Tea at the Empress IoM was first class especially when we had a brilliant view. Staff where excellent and very friendly, thank you to them. Food that the staff prepared was fresh and unique, a little bit too mustard on my ham but apart from that one of my top 5, again thank you team Empress.

good hotel eith great food
lovely hotel on promenade, rooms a bit on the small side but adequate. excellent shower water lovely and hot. only one lift small and slow, only takes 5 people so when hotel is full long queues. second day we were here lift broke down so very disappointing for elderly people. on the plus side breakfast was good . didn't use restaurant but piano bar served reasonably prices food of good standarf
