Surprise for Mum
What an excellent place to have an afternoon tea! When I’d called to make the reservation, my call was taken by Chrissy . She was extremely helpful and sounded really genuine. When we arrived we were greeted by her. She was welcoming, bubbly and showed us to our table. The afternoon tea was incredible. Presented to us on a wooden display with little shelves , it came with a selection of finger sandwiches, two different types of scone ( the raspberry and chocolate one was amazing) and then an abundance of cakes at the top! The staff were attentive but not intrusive. We felt full but not bloated and were made to feel very welcome . We have both said we will return and have recommended it to others already !

Lovely place, but horrid experience getting there
The Artea tearooms was fabulous! Beautiful food and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Dealing with or trying to deal with Buyagift was hideous! Signed up for a place that no longer takes the vouchers but is still available on the site! Then trying to get hold of someone to refund the voucher plus the extra I had paid was ridiculous and took hours! Not sure I would ever use again
