• This experience is available Tuesday to Sunday, year round, excluding Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
• Closed on Mondays except during school holidays; not available on or the day before event days
• Children must be aged 5–15 and under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult; children under 5 go free
• The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes with museum time at your leisure; allow up to two hours total
• The venue is fully wheelchair accessible
