What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Delivery is available Tuesday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays and national holidays
- Tuesday–Friday delivery is included in this voucher; Saturday delivery carries a £3.50 supplement
- Delivery is available across mainland UK, with some exceptions for parts of Scotland
- Delivery is not available to Ireland, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or any other UK island
- Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, DD, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE and BT
- For special occasions, arranging delivery for the day before it is needed is recommended
- Deliveries mostly arrive between 8am–8pm
- Cancellations require at least four days' notice before your selected delivery date; one week is recommended during busy periods, such as Christmas and Mother’s Day
- Selected-day delivery cannot be guaranteed where issues outside the control of Piglet's Pantry occur
- Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
