Great Gift but....
This was a great gift to receive and whilst I can appreciate that it was easy for my son to purchase the gift, it has not been a simple process to claim and redeem the gift. When I tried to redeem toe gift, Buyagift instructed me to contact a personal email to book my experience with. I did this and 2 days later received, from a different personal email, full availability for the gifted experience. However, I could not redeem the gift on the providers website and instead had to write down my preferences and Buyagift voucher details on a further email and send that into the providers. Everything is booked in and sorted now, but I'm not sure where the benefit in doing this via Buyagift is.

Worst gift ever
We were bought a stargazing gift in 2021. Obviously weather dependent, but it's now getting towards the end of 2023 and after multiple cancellations due to weather, the experience provider won't refund and neither will BuyAGift as the voucher expiry has passed.

Brecon Star Gazing -Wow!
Very informative, the astronomers were very engaging and interesting. We were so lucky that there wasn't a cloud in the sky- absolutely stunning! A beautiful view of Saturn which was the show stopper! We had to wrap up warm - it was -10 degrees on the telescope thermometer!! Thanks for a great experience.
