What do I need to know?
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- The Skywalk is at 9am on Saturdays and Sundays, year round except for Christmas Day, New Year, Easter and national holiday periods and will be closed for annual maintenance in January each year
- Closing times and days may vary, particularly during the winter months
- Please allow two hours for this experience
- Voucher redemption is required for entry and dining; walk-ins are not accepted
- Please bring your Hospitality Line voucher on the day. Please note your gift voucher is not valid for entry; voucher redemption is required
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult
- Maximum weight: 125kg excluding equipment provided
- Participants must be in good health and have a satisfactory level of physical fitness; access requires a short climb on a vertical ladder before transferring to the pod roof. No refund will be given if participants are unable to climb the ladder or transfer to the pod roof
- The skywalk is not suitable for wheelchair users
- Only assistance dogs are permitted
- Breakfast finishes at 11am

Birthday celebration
The whole day was excellent and completed birthday celebrations. Staff at the palace were very helpful, the Vanburgh tour informative and afternoon tea delicious.

Wonderful gift
We really enjoyed the meal from the set menu. The veloute and the gnocchi were wonderful, as was the treacle tart. Funny to see a typo in the French cheese dessert name though!

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Greenwoods. I hadn’t been before but the room was lovely and food very nice.

Fantastic gift
We had a lovely day at Harlow Carr RHS garden. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting so there was plenty to see. Lots of unusual plants and trees to see and every plant was in good condition.

Worth the wait.
After having a couple of months difficulty redeeming our Buyagift experience, which was thankfully rectified by customer services. We managed to book RHS Bridgewater. It was definitely worth the wait. The grounds are great. The future plans look amazing.
The options for drinks and food were plentiful, albeit there was not that much choice and service was slow.
The shop was not quite as good as we had hoped. Neither was the garden centre. Yes there were some plants and they were quite reasonably priced. But there were not many garden accessories, tools, seeds etc…
That said it was still very much worth a visit and we will return…
