What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for two people
• The Skywalk is at 9am on Saturdays and Sundays, year round except for Christmas Day, New Year, Easter and national holiday periods and will be closed for annual maintenance in January each year
• Closing times and days may vary, particularly during the winter months
• Please allow two hours for this experience
• Voucher redemption is required for entry and dining; walk-ins are not accepted
• Please bring your Hospitality Line voucher on the day. Please note your gift voucher is not valid for entry; voucher redemption is required
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Maximum weight: 125kg excluding equipment provided
• Participants must be in good health and have a satisfactory level of physical fitness; access requires a short climb on a vertical ladder before transferring to the pod roof. No refund will be given if participants are unable to climb the ladder or transfer to the pod roof
• The skywalk is not suitable for wheelchair users
• Only assistance dogs are permitted
• Breakfast finishes at 11am
