Amazing
Great service and great for the money. The food was amazing perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. We tried the limited edition chicken burger and we already want go for more. They made it special and brung us a yummy sticky toffee pudding with a candle for birthday treat which tasted out of this world. We will def be coming back

Not a good experience
Arrived, showed waiter our voucher. Said it was fine. Ordered, but was waiting a long time for food. We see that others had received theirs who had arrived after us. Asked the waiter and could clearly see they had lost our order. It was an open kitchen and the chef was fretting and arguing with the waiter. Once we received food. It was ok. Nothing special. Burger was dripping grease when you bite into it, not sure Garden would approve!! But when we came to pay he took the voucher, again he took ages to return. When he did he said he could accept the voucher it wasn't valid because he couldn't find it on the system. I explained it was valid and that I had booked the table through the qr code on the voucher. It got heated, we refused to pay for the food again, waiter said he was the manager, definitely didn't have an ounce of managerial knowledge.
They took the voucher in the end as could clearly see we were not going to pay again. So I don't know whether the issue was with the buy a gift voucher or the incompetence of the staff at the covent garden restaurant.

Not worth the money
I purchased this gift voucher thinking I was getting a good deal i paid £36 for 2 burger and fries. Wasn't clear how to book with this voucher. When I got to the restaurant and they gave us the menu the price was £15 for a burger and fries so worked at £30 £6 cheaper than the voucher.

Don't pay for vouchers walk in instead its cheaper
The food was OK bit dry paid 36 pound with voucher could of walk in and paid 15pp and that with a drink included ended up.payimg 16 pound more .not a good deal , of all the deals I have had this is the worst
