About the experience
Race the clock through four faithfully themed zones at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience in London's West End, where over 30 games put your team's brains, nerve and reflexes to the test. Futuristic, Aztec, Medieval and Industrial: each zone throws physical, mental, skill and mystery challenges at you, with a Maze Master cheering you on. Collect enough crystals and you'll buy extra seconds in the famous Crystal Dome, where the fans start up and the clock is anything but kind.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Minimum age: 13 years, must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over
- Minimum height: 1.2 metres
- Participants may be grouped with others where the party is under 8 people
- Must be booked at least six weeks in advance
- Available week round, year round
- Approximately 70 minutes of gameplay, arrive 30 minutes before your session
- Not suitable if pregnant

A great gift for family and friends
The buying process was easy, clearly explained and we got the tickets straight away by email. Booking was simple, just gave the booking ref number to the organiser. Had a great time at the Crystal Maze London, would highly recommend, just be aware you’re in groups of 8 so you’re in a smaller group you maybe with others.

Loved the expanse
Try to book in groups of 8 it makes it so much better. Games were fast paced and fun. Everyone got more than one challenge and teams can shout out to help the person in the room complete the tasks. Maze host was incredibly enthusiastic, cynical and all around comedic!
