What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for three people
- Available Monday–Thursday and Sunday, year round
- Check-in after 2pm and check-out before 10am
- Minimum age: 18 years; children are allowed. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted
- WiFi and mobile reception are available, but limited connectivity may be expected
- Free-roaming animals, noise and abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only; ashtrays are provided
- Please switch off lights, air conditioning and electronics and close doors and windows when leaving
- Longer stays and late check-outs incur an additional charge; stays of five nights or more also incur an additional cleaning fee for cassette toilets
- Rubbish must be separated; recycling facilities are available on site
- Outdoor fire pits are unavailable during a total fire ban
- Booking changes are permitted up to 14 days before the experience; changes within 14 days, late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture
