What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one adult and one child
• Tours run week round, depending on fixtures and other commitments
• Available Monday–Friday from 9:30am–5pm,Saturday from 09:30 to 6pm and Sunday from 10am–4pm. Last entry is one hour before closing time
• Monday 15th December - Sunday 4th January: Monday - Saturday 09:30am-6pm (last entry, 5pm) and Sunday 10am-4pm (last entry, 3pm)
• There is no need to pre-book this experience
• For the purposes of this ticket, a child is aged 5–15 years
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• A hard copy of the voucher must be presented on arrival or entry may be refused
• This is a self-guided audio tour
• Refreshments are available to purchase at Chapman’s food and beverage kiosk, open seven days a week
