Eagle Handling Experience for One in Kent

Get up close and personal with these incredible creatures and learn all about the majestic birds of prey from an experienced eagle handler. During your afternoon at the falconry centre, with the expert guidance of the eagle expert, you’ll have the chance to handle four birds, flying them to the glove and holding them on your arm. You’ll also get the chance to meet one of the largest birds of prey in the world, the Steller’s Sea Eagle. See the magnificent power of these eagles and top it all off with a hot drink and a slice of cake back at the centre. It’s a rare experience that’s not to be missed!

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• Please book this experience several weeks in advance, allowing even longer for popular summer weekend dates
• This experience lasts for 1.5 hours and please allow for an extra hour if you wish to watch the public flying display.
• There will be one other person taking part in the experience, plus an experienced eagle handler
• Minimum age: 18 years
• You must have a reasonable level of fitness as this experience day involves a fair amount of walking, often over uneven ground
• This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users
• Please call the venue for a weather check the day before your experience. If your experienced is cancelled because of bad weather it will be rebooked for an alternative date
• Please dress for the outdoors and wear wellies or walking boots. If the weather is very bad, you may wish to bring a change of clothes as a lot of the day will be spent outside
• Please bring a camera or a pair of binoculars
