Enjoyed the actually spa facility itself. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there or couldn’t be bothered. Had a 25 minute facial booked in sat in what was supposed to be relaxing room and all I could hear was the treatment lady swearing on the phone about the job and that she don’t want to work there no more. I found the treatment she gave me was rough on my face not relaxing at all and what was supposed to be 25 minutes was 15. It ruined my whole experience as I was looking forward to the facial and being a beauty therapist myself I know what to expect from a treatment so ended up feeling very disappointed.

So booked as a mother and daughter treat easy to book, the facilities we're great couldn't fault. Only two niggles and that was we wanted a back and neck massage which I knew was included in the voucher we bought to be told that it wasn't available with our bliss spa package. After forgetting the gift card I later discovered when I went home I checked and it was on the list and they had added the facial and head massage instead which I had to choosen instead. Other thing I've never been to public swimming baths or private pools where mobile phones are allowed, felt off putting at times when someones sitting in the jacuzzi and aiming the phone up and down the pool at the times, I never see signs up saying no phones beyond this point either. Apart from that we did have a lovely day and it was definitely worth doing would have given 5*

Bargain spa day

We had a wonderful time on the spa day, and felt for the price this experience was an absolute bargain! The facilities were quite small (the pool, hot tub etc) but as it was quiet on the day we attended we had no problems with that at all!

Nice pool & great massage. Part of the sauna was out of action but not a problem as it wasn’t busy when I went on a Monday morning. Would go again especially for the price.

Exhabged an old gift voucher for this experience. Facial was good but facilities & service could be improved. A bit dated/poorly maintained facilities. Slow check in/ lack of customer service
