My face hurt from smiling too much

Show was really funny and the performance kept us laughing. Only downside was seating for me, we sat on a table at the end where it was difficult to see and had to turn round on our seats to see what was going on. Performance could make use of all the space instead of sticking to one side.

Faultless Faulty Towers Experience

Simply brilliant. So well cast and organised. Thought they would struggle to provide a decent meal service with all the chaos but having worked in restaurants all my life I was impressed. Would definitely go again without hesitation.

Great acting and interactive experience - Food not so great
14 August 2023
Whilst we pre ordered drinks which meant we got them slightly discounted, there was no designated area to collect drinks from, and pre ordering didn't mean prepaying therefore we still had to queue at the bar to collect and then pay for the drinks, and with a faulty card machine added to it at a cashless bar it wasn't off to a great start. Despite that though once the fawlty towers characters appeared and the 'show' started they were excellent and captured all of the characteristics and voices of Basil, Manuel and Sybil - picking recognisable bits from the TV series - we laughed all the way through. The food was edible, but wasn't great, the tomato soup starter, whilst we each received a huge bowlful was quite salty, the chicken was on the bone, and it was a bit pot luck if you had much chicken on the bone or not for your main course, the vegetables were around 4 pieces of courgette, but accompanied by a couple of nice Hassel back potatoes The cheese cake at the end was definitely the highlight of the meal. The toilets unfortunately were quite a walk from the dinning room, down a couple of flights of stairs and along a corridor, and in the ladies, 2 out of the 3 toilets were not working - which meant you possibly missed out on some of the show because of the long walk and then waiting for the one available cubicle. All this being said - I didn't go for the meal, I went for the fawlty towers characters and show - so wasn't too disappointed - but a better meal would have added to the experience - although I suppose the poor meal could be passed off as part of the experience?

Great discount, processed super quickly
08 July 2023
Got a huge discount, and was told by the faulty towers experience that buy a gift take ages to process the voucher, and because I wanted to book the experience for the next day, faulty towers suggested I didn’t risk it. But thought I would risk it because of the discount. And the voucher got processed super quick and I was booked on for the next day! Really recommend for the discount and ease of it!

Absolutely brilliant night out!
22 August 2022
This was a gift from our 3 sons for our 40th Anniversary. We had one of the best nights out in London for many years. Don’t be expecting fine dining. That it isn’t however, I rarely enjoy a plate of chicken. This was excellent but rather large. Literally half a succulent chicken on each plate with a tasty gravy, roast potatoes and veg. Bread rolls thrown around the room by Manuel and Fawlty’s silly walk - this was a crazy, fun packed evening and would highly recommend!!!
