What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for one adult and one child
• Adult tickets are valid for age 16 and over. Separate tickets are available for children aged 5-15. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Tours take place on Fridays and Saturdays at 11am, October-February and Thursdays and Sundays at 11am, March-September, excluding the dates of International fixtures, T20 matches and other events. You are advised to book at least 4 weeks in advance
• September 2023 bookings are available for the 4th, 5th, 19th, 20th and 21st
• Excluding, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, 26th - 28th Dec, 2nd - 9th Jan
• Each tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
• Please note the content of the tours may vary and due to events some areas may occasionally be closed
