About the experience
It’s time for you to join the 'ginaissance'! Grab a fellow spirit lover and head to Defiance Gin Academy in Oldham, Greater Manchester, for a gin-making extravaganza. You’ll begin with a welcome gin and tonic and a guided tour of the distillery, where you’ll learn how they make their delicious spirits. This experience also includes the chance to make a bespoke 500ml bottle of gin! Sip on a gin cocktail and get crafty picking your favourite botanicals from a choice of over 40 options. Tuck into a delicious selection of cold meats, cheese and olives and sip on a final gin and tonic. Leave with newfound knowledge and your very own bottle of gin to display proudly in your alcohol cabinet!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available on Saturdays between 1pm–4pm, year round
- Please notify Defiance Distillery of any allergies at point of booking
- Unfortunately there is no disabled access
- Minimum age: 18 years
