What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two adults and up to six accompanying children per adult
• All accompanying children must be under the age of 18 years
• Please allow 21 days after application for your membership pack and cards to arrive
• The recipient will receive a voucher that they must register online. They will then be sent their membership pack
