About the experience
Have a hoot at the Scottish Owl Centre with this fun family day out. Explore the themed rooms of the centre, meeting owls from all across the world and discovering interesting facts along the way. There’ll also be the opportunity to witness the majesty of these beautiful birds during an impressive flying demo in the indoor display arena. What’s more, the venue is home to a bowling green, adventure playground and woodland walks, making it a family day out to remember!
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
- Available week round, year round, excluding December and weekdays in November and January
- The centre is open from 10.30am–5pm between April–August, with meet the birds running at 11.30am and flying displays running at 1.30pm and 3.30pm, 11.30am–4pm from February–March and September–October, with flying displays running at 12.30pm and 2.30pm and 11.30am–2pm on November and January weekends, with a flying display running at 12.30pm
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- Under 3 years and carers go free
- Pre-booking is not required and last entry is one hour before closing
- Please note; additional experiences (photoshoots and owl encounters) must be purchased directly from the Scottish Owl Centre

Amazing!
Myself and the kids absolutely loved the Owl Sanctuary. The indoor displays are fantastic and the staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They loved seeing and hearing about all the different owls and being able to hold an owl on their arm. We spent the whole day there and will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend.

Had such a good wee day out at the Owl Centre. We all throughly enjoyed it and to see all the different species of Owls was really good. The flying displays were interesting and Ruth was excellent doing her talk. The kids were amazed by it all and took lots of photos. 10 out of 10

Lovely day out
Had a great visit to the owl centre. Wonderful selection of owls from all over the world.
Staff very informative. Enjoyed the flying display. Only disappointing thing was the cafe was no longer open. Nice woodland walks all around the centre.
