About the experience
Get nose-to-glass with over 10,000 animals on a full adult day ticket to ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, spread across 600 acres of the rolling Chiltern Hills. You'll wander from the Asian elephants in the Centre for Elephant Care to the flickering colour of the Butterfly House, then lose track of time watching the penguins torpedo around their pool. Inconvenient Rip Off
The price of a ticket to Whipsnade Zoo on their own website is £28.50. You charged me £35. The process to actually convert your voucher into a zoo ticket was incredibly poorly explained, painfully convoluted and took me about 2 hours in total. Again, buying a ticket directly from the zoo would have taken about 30 seconds.
In sum, as the review title would suggest, your website seems to serve no function other than to be a frustrating and unnecessarily expensive waste of time.
