Lovely setting in central London. Platform 7 is a bright and airy restaurant especially in the conservatory part. The menus choice is fairly limited but the food is nice. Great location for meeting with friends and the set lunch with Prosecco is perfect before or after a local art gallery, some nearby iconic London landmarks or before an evening show.

The only minor hiccup came during the booking process. They handled vegetarian options and food allergies effortlessly, and they were brilliant with children’s preferences as well. Everyone at the table was thoroughly catered for without any fuss or compromise on quality. Service The service struck just the right balance—attentive, friendly, and efficient without ever feeling intrusive or rushed. You’re left to enjoy your food and conversation in peace, but the staff are always nearby if you need extra hot water or assistance. The Verdict Despite the small blip having to phone up to book, this Buyagift deal offers outstanding value. Between the spectacular views of the Grand Cascade, delicious food, excellent dietary flexibility, and warm service, it makes for a wonderful afternoon out. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic afternoon we had. Afternoon Tea was amazing. Everything from sandwiches to scrumptious cakes to scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. The Tea and coffee were plentiful and the service excellent. Also the views from the Sky Lounge were superb. Will definitely go again.
