This guided tour visits the Stadium’s most exclusive areas. Sit in the England dressing room, view the Royal Box, and imagine the crowd roaring as you run out of the players’ tunnel. All led by an expert guide, when the tour is complete you'll be free to explore the World Rugby Museum with its fascinating exhibits, interactive displays and memorabilia from all around the world.

• Closed on Mondays (except in school holidays), Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Stadium tours are not available on, or the day before, event days
• The stadium tour lasts for approximately one hour and 15 minutes after which you are free to visit the museum and shop at your leisure
• The tour and museum are fully wheelchair accessible
• Please note that there are no luggage or cloakroom facilities and bags may be checked for security reasons
• Free parking is available for stadium tour and museum visitors
