What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Open weekdays between April to the end of October from 10am–6pm and Wednesday–Sunday, November–March from 10am–5pm
- This experience is not available on selected dates for private events and 24th–26th December, 31st December and 1st January
- Dates exempt - 21st January, 1pm onwards on 26th May, 2nd to 4th June 2026
- No booking is required for this experience, simply show up with the voucher
- The child age range for this experience is 5-15 years. Children under 5 can visit for free and are not included as child entry in this voucher
- You are welcome to purchase an audio guide on arrival. There are no charges for audio guides to groups
- All dates are subject to availability
