What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• This experience is available for one family group
• This experience is for a minimum of three participants, across two generations. Must be over 18 years old to book - under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Studio opening times vary by location, but most are open daily
• Venues are subject to change without prior notice
• Some studios may require a follow-up appointment to view images
• A fully refundable deposit of £35 is required at the time of booking. Deposit will be refunded or deducted from additional purchases at the viewing
• Images can take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on location
• Experience lasts approximately one hour
• Deposits are lost if the appointment is missed and not cancelled or rearranged at least three days in advance
• There's an option to purchase additional prints after the shoot, with prices starting from £55 and no obligation to buy
