Bring a serious appetite for a Hell's Kitchen feast made for two, with sharing at the heart of the experience. Begin with shared starters such as tuna tartare, wagyu meatballs, Caesar salad and harissa flat bread, then choose a showstopping large cut to share: 500g châteaubriand or 700g bone-in striploin, served with truffle jus, garlic butter and fries. Add a side of market salad or baked macaroni and cheese, before finishing with sticky toffee pudding or apple butterscotch cheesecake.
