- Your voucher may be used for lunch or dinner bookings – the restaurant is open Monday–Thursday: 12pm–3pm and 5.30pm–10.30pm, Friday–Saturday: 12pm–10.30pm and Sunday: 12pm–10pm
- Please note, Friday and Saturday evening tables from 5.30pm are released 48 hours ahead. If you would prefer to book further in advance, you are welcome to book à la carte instead without the included drink
- This experience is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
- Please mention any dietary requirements at point of booking
- A discretionary 9.5% service charge and a £2.50 cover charge per person will be added to your bill

- The restaurant operates a smart-casual dress code – jeans are permitted, but no sportswear is allowed

Very disappointing
The free meal included a 7oz rump steak. Although the steak was tender it had no taste. In fact rump steak is normally firm but tasty. There were other steak options but they were very expensive. I had to pay £12 for chips for two. The portion was not generous. I had a side of braised red cabbage. It had a strange tang. I asked what was added and I was told honey and other secret ingredients. Of the desserts the only one I thought would be OK was ‘sticky toffee pudding’. I didn’t find it appetising. I did not choose a wine which would have improved the experience as the cheapest red wine was about £17 a glass. I also was given a bill for £30 which included a ‘voluntary’ service charge of £9.50 and a cover charge of £3. It seems to me the Steakhouse is using these vouchers - and I note there are several other providers - to fill their restaurant and get some income during quieter periods. I had tried several times to book a table on a Saturday night but with a voucher you could only book three days before by which time the only slots available were 10.30 and 11pm. I am sure city types with deep pockets or business accounts can enjoy the very expensive steaks and wines but I felt conned due to the limited choice and the fact that I had travelled from home in Essex to London for the meal
