Foraging is a great way to live a more sustainable lifestyle and get back to nature by meaningfully engaging with the world around you. During this foraging walk with Totally Wild UK, you’ll learn about a wide range of edible species, from mushrooms and flowers to seaweed and other plants, as you explore your chosen location with a professional forager. Discover tips and tricks for identifying and harvesting wild foods correctly, including how to spot possible lookalikes. Plus, savour a selection of tasters to give you an example of how to put your newfound skills into action, including chutneys, jams, pickles, flavoured salts and alcohol infusions.
What do I need to know?
