What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round. Days and times are subject to availability
• This experience lasts one hour
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time
• Minimum age: 4 years
• Minimum height: 1m
• Participants must be above 20kg and below 120kg.
• Combined weight must be below 120kg to share a tube
• A waiver must be signed by adults and children
• Everyone must be able to walk and be physically fit; babes in arms are not permitted
• Under 18s must be supervised: 4–6 years, one participating adult for every 2 children; 7–11 years, one participating adult for every 3 children; 12–17 years, one spectating adult for every 7 children
• Headscarves or scarves must not be tied, pinned or wrapped around the neck. Closed-toe, flat shoes such as trainers or boots are required. Open-toed shoes, high heels, crocs and flip flops are not permitted. Facial jewellery must be removed or taped over before taking part
• Anyone with weak ankles or knees should not take part
• All bookings will require payment in full. Cancellation charges are as follows: more than 70 days = full standard deposit charge at £50; 50 to 70 days = 25% of total accommodation cost; 29 to 49 days = 50% of total accommodation cost; under 28 days = 100% of total accommodation cost
