A lovely treat
Some confusion with the verification, last minute the venue contacted me to say the verification code was invalid but contacted buy a gift and was sorted quickly.. I must admit that was a little stressful .. but all in all it was a lovely experience.

Nice But Disappointing
Arrived at the hotel for afternoon tea. The receptionist noticed us but continued chatting away to another colleague. First impressions count.
Afternoon tea was nice but very ordinary. Mini burgers, quiche and scones were good.
However, scones were served with very ordinary cheap jam that looked like it was just scooped out of a jar, placed in a small dish. Sandwiches were very unspectacular using cheap ingredients- cottage cheese, ham and egg served on ordinary brown and white bread.
Cakes were tray bakes, fresh but ordinary-brownies, Bakewell, and carrot cakes.
For £50 this was just very average and disappointing. Better to go out elsewhere for a meal. There are better places as I have reviewed which serve for example smoked salmon sandwiches, individual cakes etc. Perhaps there is a reason why at Ipm there weren't many people having lunch here? Service was ok though.

Lovely sunny Kew
Voucher just presented at Kew Gardens - no need to have specific date. Conversation with buyagift to reschedule period of voucher (as was unable to use within 1 year ) easy and well done. Visited mid September 2026. Voucher readily accepted at Kew Gardens. Well worth a visit although Glass house closing at the end of September 2026 and Palace also closes for the winter. Signposting throughout very clear. Many different gardens, plants and trees, , sculptures, artistry etc to see and range of cafes/venues for refreshments.
Fox appeared hoping for some lunch!

Crossbow shooting
Unfortunately I became really poorly the night before the booking and unable to travel to get to this, I phoned to contact the place and they were very helpful but was unable to change our booking as we hadn't informed them 72 hours ahead of our allotted time.
So I have lost the gift/booking. (I was unaware of the time restraints, but didn't look either).
What I can say is they were exceptional in responding to emails and messages to organise this activity.

Really good deal
Very simple to buy and use. No booking needed. Excellent value - saved over £14 for 2 people.
