About the experience
Step into the heart of Giffords Hall Vineyard for a flavour-packed look at Suffolk winemaking. You’ll follow a knowledgeable guide through the vines, learning about grape varieties, pruning and trellising before heading into the Winery and Barrel Hall to see how the wines are made and aged from harvest through to bottle. The experience ends with a tasting of four wines and time to browse the Cellar Door shop.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available April–September on two Saturdays a month, 11am–3pm
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please allow 90–120 minutes for this experience
- The vineyard tour takes place outdoors on uneven terrain, including grass, gravel, mud and slopes; suitable footwear must be worn
- Tours are not cancelled or rescheduled for rain, wind or typical seasonal weather; if the venue cancels due to severe weather, operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be arranged
- Guests must remain with the tour group and follow instructions from the team throughout the experience
- If you have any mobility requirements, accessibility concerns, medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant or have health concerns that may affect safe participation, please check suitability with the venue before your visit
- Please drink responsibly and arrange suitable travel if consuming wine
- The venue may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated
- The venue may refuse admission or ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or abusive, and no refund will be provided
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least five days before your scheduled tour or tasting; requests made with less than five days' notice cannot be accommodated and your voucher will be deemed redeemed
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times
- All dates are subject to availability
