The idea was good!
We received the voucher as a Christmas gift, and waited for the right time to redeem it. Unfortunately, the buyagift website was not showing up-to-date information from the business, and also would not allow us to redeem the voucher. Instead, it just told us to contact the business direct, which we did. Not much point going through the buyagift process in the first place.
