With some knowledge under your belt, it will be time for a tutored tasting of a variety of the distillery’s gins. Warm your palate up to the array of flavours and botanicals, from floral and fruit to citrusy and fragrant before making a unique blend yourself. Select your own botanical basket and distil your gin in a miniature copper pot. You’ll bottle, label and wax seal your 50cl personalised gin to enjoy at home.
