What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• This voucher is valid for two people
• Minimum age: 8 years
• Minimum weight: 40kg, maximum weight: 120kg. Please note, children under 10 years old are likely to be too light for the activities - it is recommended you weigh them before booking. The minimum and maximum weight can be raised at any time for safety reasons.
• This experience is available week-round, year-round and requires pre-booking
• This experience is unsuitable for pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, those with neck, back, shoulder or chest injuries and those who suffer with epilepsy, severe and recurrent disabling giddiness and vertigo
• Please wear loose, sensible clothing and flat shoes. Shoulders and thighs should be covered
• Those under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will sign the waiver on their behalf. The waiver will be emailed prior to the activity taking place
