Terrible Booking Experience
I was bought this as a gift. It took no fewer than 10 emails to book this, then obtain the information as to where and when to go for the experience. Had it not been a gift , I would have not bothered. What is supposed to be a nice gift turned into a shambolic process. The experience itself was well run etc. just book direct as bd save yourself of recipient the aggravation.
