- Please arrive 20 minutes before the tour time at the Houses of Parliament to allow time for airport-style security screening

- The Houses of Parliament experience lasts approximately 60–75 minutes
- Allow around 3 hours in total for the full experience
- The Houses of Parliament has disabled access. Hop On Hop Off boats are wheelchair accessible and offer disabled toilet facilities—please notify the pier in advance

Great day out
A birthday treat which we upgraded with a glass of champagne and digital photo. Really impressed with the way it’s organised, staff helpful and friendly. Great views of London.

Worth the wait.
After having a couple of months difficulty redeeming our Buyagift experience, which was thankfully rectified by customer services. We managed to book RHS Bridgewater. It was definitely worth the wait. The grounds are great. The future plans look amazing.
The options for drinks and food were plentiful, albeit there was not that much choice and service was slow.
The shop was not quite as good as we had hoped. Neither was the garden centre. Yes there were some plants and they were quite reasonably priced. But there were not many garden accessories, tools, seeds etc…
That said it was still very much worth a visit and we will return…

Superb day out with excellent afternoon tea
Buy a Gift were easy to deal with. But booking RHS Wisley is a complicated, multi layered, not customer friendly, ridiculous outsourced operation. The actual place, especially the staff, is exceptional so worth the effort but why so long winded. Great visit, great afternoon tea, great parking, great staff, lousy booking system.

Best gift ever received
What a lovely afternoon we had with pleasant and very helpful staff. Food freshly prepared and explained nicely when it arrived at the table what was included on the tea stand. Because it was my birthday I also had an additional tray of 2 cakes decorated. It was an afternoon to remember.
