Indulgent Pamper Treatments for One at London Ladies Hair and Beauty Clinic

I was given a voucher for treatments and only received half treatment in duration of 10 minutes. The lady changed the timings several times, I had to recshedule hospital appointemnts, travel one and a half hour to arrive on time only for her to be 20 minutes late and to kick me out after 10 minutes when another client arrived. The lady shouted at me, histeraclly screamed and didn't even let me finish a sentence. I tried to explain that the voucher is paid for treatments (not one!) and she was shouting at me telling me how do I expect even one treatment for the amount of money I've paid. She refused a blow dry, half washed my hair one shampoo no conditioner pulled my earlings and hurted me!! Half dried the hair and and didn't stop screaming for the whole 10 minutes. I can't believe I've spent 3 hours travelling and rescheduled everything when I could have easily put shampoo on my hair at home and half dry my hair without anyone shooting at me. The place was dodgy, in a dark basement, extremely unhigienic and completely dirty. Brushes were everywhere on the floor, there was no hand gel or toiler paper in the toilet. There was no way I could have explained that I received it as gift she was complaining about how little she gets from buy a gift and said how do I expect anything when I paid so little. I didn't pay but my friend actually did pay £49 for a "service" definitely not worth £0! To be worse in a text she confimed my treatments only to ignore it later when I tried to show her her message. She definitely ruined the whole day and the birthday. I was extremely stressed for the rest of the day and I can't believe someone like her is allowed to do any job.
