What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people
• For Marco Pierre White London Steakhouse Co:
  • Side dishes, additional drinks and tea and coffee, are not included and will be chargeable
  • Please note it is requested that you attend in smartcasual attire, jeans are fine, however there is strictly no sportswear permitted
  • Supplement prices are subject to change
  • Please see below with regards to opening times:
  • Mon–Thurs: 12pm–3pm and 5.30pm–10.30pm
  • Friday and Saturday evenings. Tables from 5.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays are released 48 hours ahead (Friday tables from 9am on Wednesday, Saturday tables from 9am on Thursday) at no extra cost
  • This experience is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day
  • Your voucher cannot be extended
  • If you'd like to book a Friday or Saturday evening further in advance, there are two ways: Reserve your set menu in advance: £10 per person. Everything included in your experience stays exactly the same, and your table is confirmed whenever you book. Or book à la carte. Your voucher is applied as a credit against the à la carte bill and you pay the difference; the booking becomes a standard à la carte reservation rather than the set menu, and the included drink doesn't apply
  • A discretionary 9.5% service charge and a £2.50 cover charge per person will be added to your bill
• For the London Eye:
  • This voucher covers offpeak entry on some dates throughout the current season, or can be used as part payment towards some peak dates, special event tickets or to visit during a later season
  • Easily prebook online by following the instructions on the voucher received after purchase and select a suitable date and time from a range of available slots
  • Adult tickets are for ages 16+. Participants aged 2–15 years are considered children and must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18+)
• All reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy such that they may not be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date
• Tables are held for 15 minutes after the booking time
• All dates are subject to availability
