All of the products used on your face are freshly handmade and tailored to suit your skin’s individual needs to give you a bespoke full routine that’s unique to you and is sure to leave your skin renewed, detoxified and hydrated. To make this pampering treat even more special, drift off to soothing soundscape of natural sounds that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

- The treatment is 25 minutes plus consultation time

- Minimum age: 12 years. Spa-goers aged 12–15 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form and be present in the room during the treatment. Spa-goers aged 16–17 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form, but they do not have to sit in the room for the treatment
- This treatment is not suitable for spa-goers in their first trimester of pregnancy. Those in their second or third trimester must sign a disclaimer form
- This treatment can be tailored for vegan spa-goers

Absolute bliss
I booked this for my mum’s birthday, and I have no words other than absolute bliss. The ladies at the Lush Spa in Poole were absolutely fantastic, so professional and put us at ease immediately. They talked us through the product they would be using completely tailored to our needs. The treatment itself was so relaxing, with music and warm towels on the bed. The facial even included a hand and arm massage which again did not disappoint. I’d absolutely recommend, my mum has now said she’d like this as her birthday present every year so we will definitely be returning!

really enjoyed the Lush Spa Fresh Facial — it was such a lovely, relaxing experience and the products smelled amazing. The atmosphere was calm and the staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The only downside was that it felt a bit short for the price, just as I was fully relaxed it was over! Still, a really nice treat and would definitely consider going again.

Lovely surroundings, very relaxing and also included arm massage as well
Was given a chat before treatment, bit disappointing not to know what products were used - think Lush are missing a trick as we would have definitely bought one of the products

Terrible
The original experiences in the original location were removed then booked for a different venue.they cancelled 3 times.on the 4th arrival a different treatment was provided as they said they honoured the voucher due to cancellations and all along buy a gift give them an incorrect code..in total cost me over £200 for pre booked travelling..never again
