What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- This experience is available Monday – Thursday afternoons, year-round
- All dates are subject to availability
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Spa access is available until 3pm
- Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- Leisure facilities must be used and treatments must be taken between 12pm – 3pm
- Afternoon Tea is served between 3pm – 5pm

- ELEMIS treatments can be substituted for a Prenatal treatment option, this is subject to a suitable therapist being available, please contact the venue to check prior to booking

Christmas Present
This gift was somewhat very disappointing for the following reasons.
1. Lack of communication from the hotel. On the confirmation email from the hotel. Treatment and use of spa facilities were from 12 to 3 pm and high tea from 3 till 5 pm. When we got there we were informed our treatment was at 1.30 pm. High tea was served from 1 till 4pm. Times different from confirmation email. It would have been helpful to receive an email with time of treatment and times for afternoon tea. As there is only so long you can use the sauna and steam room and the swimming pool.
We arrived just after midday and after using the spa we had at least three quarters of an hour to wait for our treatment. Receiving an email with times as explained earlier. We would have adjusted our arrival time.
The treatment was not as expected. It was a treatment using ELMIS products, I chose the feet thinking it would be a massage but they just cleaned my feet. As I said, not what I was expecting.
So dissatisfied with the quality of the treatment.
No observation on the afternoon tea.

Not good experience
Never got spa day. Got in touch with buy a gift. Acknowledged my complaint and told someone would get in touch within 48 hours that was 3 days ago so not sure what's happening. I'm hoping to get refund as not happy with the situation.. bought as a gift for a dear friend and unfortunately it has not gone to plan

Great Spa Day Package
Lovely place, facilities were nice and facial was beautiful. Afternoon tea in the restaurant was delicious. Lovely way to spend an afternoon with friends.
