McLaren Road Car vs GT4 Race Car Driving Experience for One with Car Chase Heroes

Two versions of the McLaren 570S come together for one high-energy comparison. The driver will take the wheel of the 570S road car and the race-prepared 570S GT4, exploring their contrasting performance and handling with an experienced instructor. A high-speed passenger ride will round off the session with a final burst of circuit pace.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available Monday–Saturday, year round
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Minimum height: 140cm; suitability can vary depending on body shape and vehicle fit
• Dress for the outdoors with sensible shoes or trainers and comfortable trousers. Your right shoe must be removed for safety; a coat or umbrella is advisable
• Please allow two-to-three hours at the venue from the time stated on your confirmation email; arriving earlier than 15 minutes before the session is not recommended, and separated drive times may extend the total time at the venue
• Premium dates, premium venues and upgrades outside the scope of the voucher may incur an additional charge
• An optional £34 damage waiver is available and covers accidental damage across all vehicles driven; if declined, a disclaimer must be signed and credit or debit card details with at least £5,000 available must be provided to cover the first £5,000 of any damage. American Express is not accepted. Each participant is responsible for the vehicle being driven regardless of fault. The waiver is non-refundable and is not an insurance product or policy
• Guests with disabilities or additional needs may not be accommodated at every venue; suitability depends on individual requirements and the venue
• Anyone with health concerns or uncertainty about fitness to participate should speak to a doctor before taking part
• Once an event date has been booked, cancellations and refunds are not available. Amendments made more than seven days before the event incur a £5 admin fee; later amendments incur a £29 fee per car, with higher fees possible at premium venues or for race track tuition cancellations. Premium track surcharges apply again on rebooking
• If a car, event or venue becomes unavailable for reasons outside the participant’s control, a replacement vehicle, date or venue will be offered instead of a refund; non-refundable accommodation is not recommended because events can be cancelled at short notice
• The voucher must be brought on the day; driving is not permitted without it
• Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We’re unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues
