What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available week round, year round; Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5pm and Saturday–Sunday, 9.30am–12pm
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- Rescheduling is permitted once with at least 24 hours’ notice; later cancellations or a second cancellation will void the booking
- Wheelchair access may be limited due to a small set of stairs and a narrow bridge
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Please allow one hour for this experience
