I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent experience I had at your spa, which I had purchased as a gift for my parents. Unfortunately, the reality of their visit fell far short of the expectations set by your promotional materials. Firstly, the condition of the facilities was unacceptable. The old bedroom required considerable maintenance and attention, and both the television and sauna were non-functional during their stay. Additionally, the steam room was not operational, which is a critical aspect of the spa experience. The dining experience was equally disheartening. My parents were served cold food for both breakfast and dinner, and when they reported this to the staff, they were offered microwaved wedges as a substitute. Furthermore, it was quite surprising to find extra charges for a small squeeze of sauce with the steak and lamb option, which felt excessive and unwarranted. The main pool area was not conducive to relaxation, making it unpleasant for my parents to enjoy their time. In comparison, they mentioned that the rooms at Premier Inn are of a significantly higher standard, which is quite disheartening given that I chose your establishment based on its advertised quality. Ultimately, I feel misled by the promotional materials that suggested a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. It is embarrassing to have given this as a gift, especially given the £300 spent on what was expected to be a memorable treat for my parents. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Staff were very friendly and professional, made an effort to interact and make sure you have all you need. Room was clean and very comfortable. Food was excellent.
