What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your membership is valid for one member and one guest
• Eden Project memberships are non-transferable
• There is options for food and drinks available at the Eden Project
• If you are unable to attend please email membership@edenproject.com with your booking reference
• Vouchers must be redeemed in advance of arrival at the Eden Project. Please allow a minimum of one working day to activate your Membership
• Dogs are allowed in the outdoor gardens but not inside the biomes or playground, with the exception of guide dogs
• All dates are subject to availability
