murder mystery night
I booked this for my twin sisters 50th birthday treat and our mom and younger sister came too .It was a absolutely cracking day from the afternoon tea to the hotel room to the murder mystery and 3 course meal and breakfast the next morning, everything was great and the 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed every minute, we would recommend it to anyone and are looking forward to our next one….well done.

Tired hotel
Staff very good, nothing to much trouble and always happy to help. Hotel in need of desperate renovation. Sooo tired with worn out dining tables and carpets horrendous in dining room and reception. Filthy carpets with iron burns in room. Dinner was awful, ran out of rolls, small portions and not enough portions to go round. Served after thought frozen lemon tart!

Murder mystery overnight stay
The afternoon tea and the murder party was wonderful , great actors/actresses fun filed evening , however evening meal was awful and the accommodation was dated , tired , mouldy bathroom not actually in the beautiful hotel as expected but a five minute walk away in a separate accommodation a bit like uni accommodation, luckily not raining as we were all dressed up , an expensive trip wasn’t worth the money at all
