Disappointed
I had high hopes when we walked in but soon realised that the facilities were small, basic and the toilet dirty. The staff were very nice and the massage was fine but the Spa seemed to be open to anyone who wanted to drift in from the swimming pool etc and so the sauna and steam room were full, even crowded. The swimming pool was a nice size but many were complaining that it was too cold. My husband and I have had many Spa days all over the world and this one was the poorest due to lack of facilities. It didn’t help that they decided to close the sauna and steam rooms to “deep clean” at 12 o'clock and then re open them at 1pm, meaning the bus ride there was hotter than the Sauna!

Not a spa
This is not an “opulent spa” as stated in the description. It is a treatment room in a sports centre. The sauna, steam and relaxation room are publicly accessible and very busy. The changing facilities are very dirty. The treatment itself was pleasant, and the staff were very polite, but it is unfortunate that the description does not match the description at all. I would not have booked this experience knowing it was in a dirty sports centre. We very briefly used the facilities, but they felt unclean so we left. We actually felt less relaxed after!

Excellent service
Most amazing experience , staff so polite didn’t make us rush told us to take out time , have a most wonderful experience yesterday with massage , pool, sauna and steam will definitely be booking again

the treatment in itself was good but the workers didn’t tell us facilities were out of use which wasn’t good.

Treatment
Treatment was good and the staff were lovely although surroundings are more council gym than Spa. We didn’t feel we got the whole 40 minutes more like a 25 minute treatment
