About the experience

From mixing and kneading dough to seasoning and dressing your base, this relaxed class covers every stage before baking. Alongside a selection of pizzas, you’ll also make focaccia, assemble a vibrant salad and finish with a seasonal dessert. Afterwards, sit down for a leisurely Italian-style lunch or dinner and take a recipe pack home.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website

- Available on selected weekday and weekend dates, with approximately one class per month
- Minimum age: 16 years; 14 years if accompanied by another booked voucher holder aged 18 years or over
- Evening experiences last three hours, daytime experiences last four hours (including dining)
- Dining is at shared group tables, with up to 24 diners in total
- If visiting the restaurant or bar area, trainers are not permitted
- Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi will not be present at this experience
